Who you're buying from
Rank & Rent, Built With AI is a product of Order Design Work (orderdesignwork.com), the parent business behind this brand. When sales open, checkout and invoicing run under Order Design Work, and these terms are between you and Order Design Work.
The product
A digital download: the book Rank & Rent, Built With AI, the 8-file Markdown (MD) pack, and the worksheets and templates listed on what's inside, in full. One price — $89, one time. It is delivered electronically; there is no physical product and no shipping. File updates are included with each edition.
Your licence
Your purchase is a licence for your own business use: read the book, load the MD briefs into your own AI tools, fill in the worksheets, and build your own sites with what you make. You own the sites and content you create. The book, the MD files, and the worksheets themselves stay ours — don't resell them, share them publicly, post them for download, or hand them to a course or community as a group resource.
No guarantees — the method is the product
This is an educational method, not a promise. Nothing in the book, the MD files, or on this site guarantees a ranking, a renter, a rent amount, or any income. The storefront's proven / still-being-proven table is the claim set for this product, and it governs over anything a screenshot or a headline could be read to imply. In particular, renting a big-metro site at $500+/month is listed there as still being proven. Your results depend on your market, your incumbents, and the work you put in.
Figures on this site
Prices and costs quoted here — ours and competitors' — were checked against published pricing and review pages in October 2026 and are re-verified on the seller's own page before the guide ships. Third-party prices change without notice; where a competitor figure was reported rather than listed, the book says “reported.”
Monthly services are separate
The services ladder (monthly website, monthly SEO, Cacoon Live tracking, agent add-ons) is optional and sold separately from the download. The download is complete on its own and no service is a condition of using it. Each service is provided under its own agreement and invoice terms, given before that service starts.
Refunds
Refunds and cancellations are governed by the refund policy, which will be finalised and published before sales open. Nothing can be purchased until it is.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for anything arising from the download or a service is limited to the amount you paid for that download or, for a service, the amount paid in the month the issue arose. Business decisions you make from the book — domains bought, sites built, prices set — are yours.
Changes
These terms may be updated; the version posted here when you buy is the version that covers your purchase. Questions go via the contact page.
