Where this stands right now
This refund policy is being finalised before sales open. Nothing is for sale yet — no purchase can be made and no charge exists until the final policy is published on this page and the buy button goes live. We would rather publish the real policy once than a placeholder that quietly changes later.
Digital download refunds
The download — the book, the MD file pack, and the worksheets, $89 one time — will be covered by the final terms published here before launch. Those terms will state plainly whether a refund window applies, how long it runs, and any conditions attached to it. Until they are published, no refund terms are offered or implied by anything else on this site.
Monthly services — cancellations
The optional monthly services (website, SEO, Cacoon Live tracking, agent add-ons) are sold separately from the download. How cancellations work — notice, when billing stops, and how a final partial month is handled — will be stated here and in each service's own agreement before any service is sold through this site.
How a refund would be requested
Through the contact page, from the email used at checkout, with the order reference from your receipt. Where a refund is due under the final policy, it is returned to the original payment method.
Editions and updates
File updates are included with each edition of the download. A new edition is an update to the product you bought, not a new purchase, and editions do not change the refund terms that applied to your original order.
