Where this stands right now
This storefront is not open yet. The notify form on the home page is currently front-end only — as its own staging note says, submitting it does not store your address anywhere. This policy describes what will apply once the list is connected and sales open.
What we collect
The notify list: your email address, so we can tell you when the download ships and when new editions land. Orders: checkout and invoicing run under Order Design Work through a checkout provider; the provider handles your payment details — we receive your name, email, and order record, never your full card number. Services: if you buy a monthly service, we keep the contact and project details needed to do the work. The site itself: standard server logs (pages visited, browser type, rough location) kept for security and basic upkeep.
How it's used
To deliver the download and its file updates, send receipts, answer support messages, run the services you bought, and send the occasional edition or service note to the notify list. That's the list — nothing else is done with it.
What we don't do
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't rent the notify list to anyone. Recommended services on this site carry affiliate links (see the affiliate disclosure on the storefront) — clicking one tells that service you came from here, which is how a commission is credited; it doesn't hand them your email or order details from us.
Who else sees it
Only the providers needed to run the store: the checkout/payment provider, the email service that sends the notify list, and the hosting the site runs on. Each gets only what it needs to do its job.
Cookies
This site is built to run with minimal cookies of its own. The checkout provider and email service may set their own when you use the buy button or a signup form, under their own policies.
Your choices
Every notify email carries an unsubscribe link. You can also ask, via the contact page, what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted — order records we must keep for tax and accounting are the one exception, and we'll say so if that applies.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is posted on this page with a new date, and material changes are noted to the notify list. The version in place when you buy is the one that covers that purchase.
